In order to provide you with the Service, Telcel will not have, by itself and/or through third parties, access to the information that you store and/or retain on a specific terminal device or computer equipment when you use the Service. By virtue of the above, Telcel will not carry out processing operations on your personal data subject to personal data protection regulations. However, Telcel has the necessary technical and organizational security measures in order to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and security of the information stored for the Service.Le informamos que para proveer el Servicio de Claro Backup, Telcel no recabará datos personales asociados con su persona ni información que lo haga identificable de forma directa y/o indirecta.
